I cannot begin to describe the sheer incompetence of SOSH. No end of issues. They want a digital upload of docs, but then by chance a week later when on a text chat they say they want printed documents by post. I send them. They then say they have lost them, and I don’t need to send by post anyway! Then they say the digital documents are in PDF form and they can’t read them…. can I send in jpeg. I had previously signed up a family member on Free via the web site for an e-SIM. This only worked if you supplied a bank account with IBAN and on the automatically renewable plan (not the 1 month), effectively locking you with the hard to cancel approach until they created the cancel page.
Do you know if this has changed and if you can now signup online with a credit card and for 1 month only?
You can only use the credit card for monthly payment with the Free vending machines in France 😢. As it is easy to cancel now, you can subscribe to Free and if you need to cancel, it will cancel within 10 days.
If you want to use the credit card only, you can use Lyca Mobile, and as it includes data roaming in Switzerland, it would be perfect for you.
